Leaving behind a successful career as a Program Director and Health Consultant, Jeffrey decided to pursue one of his two loves, photography, as a full time profession nearly 10 years ago. Decades earlier he began studying photography as a means of getting better imagery of the bands in which he played—not a simple skillset given the dark clubs and film cameras of the day. That began a lifelong pursuit of capturing better and more artistic images which led to a number publications, awards and shows. Jeffrey launched a part-time professional photography career in 2008 and left his “day job” to go full time in 2012. Since then, he has managed a successful photography business with clients in both Washington DC and Los Angeles CA.
